Very efficient, helpful, friendly staff. The hotel has been recently renovated with beautiful new fittings. Good food served at breakfast. Great location. - Just a great base for Paris. The Metro is just outside the door. Great Hotel and Saint Germain is the place to be. Would use this hotel again.

I read a lot of reviews before I decided on this hotel. I had a very quiet room - I was facing the courtyard/buildings so I had no noise from the street.

It is a perfect hotel with a perfect mocation to visit Paris. - Comfortable, friendly hotel, excellent left bank location. Superb restaurants like 'Le Petit Zinc' and the 'Vagenende' nearby. Would stay there again.

Easyaccess to all the must see attractions, cafes and restaurants. Buffetbreakfast adequate. - We loved this hotel! The room was great, the breakfast was great, the staff was the best! I would go back without hesitation. Close walking to some wonderful restaurants, close to the Hop on Hop Off bus, and within walking distance of the Loivre as well as Notre Dame and Musee D'Orsee! You can't go wrong here!

Angelique ,our receptionist could have not have been more helpful! We arrived Saturday night, and had us booked into room 01 - unfortunately this is for disabled and although room was good, bathroom was set up for disabled person, with no cubicle or tub! everything open!

It was a boutique style hotel and very comfortable. We had a suite as it was to celebrate our wedding anniversary and there was every comfort. The location was perfect - a ten minute walk from Notre Dame, bus service right outside the hotel and a metro within a three minute walk. The staff was great! We arrived at 2 am and they were waiting for us with everything ready. The next morning they helped us tremendously with our car reservation ( which the car company could not find). Ideal location for sightseeing in Paris. Located in vicinity to Louvre. You can walk to all famous touristic places easily from Louvre to Notre Dame. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was bigger than we expected but clean and tidy with TV-panel on the wall. Reception working 24-7, taxi to airport - no problem. Nice renovated room with new furniture. We'll definetely be back again.
