There is a tramway close by. - This was a fantastic hotel to stay in as we had a toddler with us who loved the pool. Although the prom was a 10 min walk we were so pleased we stayed in the Novotel as we were able to see all areas of Nice with only a short walk. The food, staff and facilities were excellent and if I ever stay in Nice again i will be booking this hotel.

The night staff was great and accommodating, the pool was clean and well kept as was the sauna, the location was excellent, I had a room with a balcony which was lovely, the noise was well insulated out, and the products in the WC were Fragonard! Hotel was centrally located, close to shops, bus, tram. Service was warm, friendly and welcoming. Free internet in rooms, with PC in alcove by lobby. Room was excellent. . .warm, good-sized (privelege room) and most comfortable. Toiletries in bathroom very generous...soap, shampoo, body lotion, cotton buds, pads, shower-cap, etc. A home from home.

The big, beautiful, comfortable room. The kind, friendly staff. The hotel was in a good location - close to the restaurents, shops as well as the beach. We loved our stay. - Good location, within walking distance of the train station, the beach, the restaurants and the tourist attractions.

Location perfect in old town, near restaurants, bars, beach, Cathederal, 1 minute from cathederal/vieille ville airport bus 98 and tram stop. Perfect base.

Apartment was les orchidees (or a name like that cant remember exactly), when we initially booked i looked up the apartment we had been assigned and emailed them saying we requested a change of apartment - which they did with no issues. Check in and out no probs, as others stated be aware you need to clean apartment (or pay high fees fir housekeeping). good location. Very well stocked apartment (all cleaning products, tea coffee etc).

I would not have appreciated my visit to Nice as much if I had not
stayed at Villa Leonie. Over-all, the atmosphere was exceptional. They
are located in a quiet garden setting, but are just a short walk away
from grand scenic views of the coastline, the ocean, and the best view

A wonderful location - about 5 minutes from a small and relatively quiet beach and a pleasant 15 minute stroll along the sea front into the old town.
The welcome couldn't have been warmer and the room was very comfortable and clean. Being able to sit in the lovely garden to read and have breakfast was a real added bonus.
If we return to Nice we will gladly stay at Villa Leonie again.

We loved Le Grimaldi it was better than I expected. I did a lot of researching on trip advisor and cannot understand how anyone could have any complaints - Lovely hotel

The situation was perfect, the staff was welcoming and helpful and the room was as described confortable, clean and bright. - Tasteful room. Good position as convenient for station and quality shopping area. Excellent breakfast. Very efficient pleasant staff speaking good English.
