  I loved the staff, they were very friendly and helpful, they speak many languages. The subway is very very close and the area is nice. - Could not get a better location as 2 train stations and so many great restaurants were within walking distance.

Although it isn't in the heart of Paris, being that close to a station which made it easy to get anywhere. The staff was very helpful when I asked for directions and planning my trips.   The Staff, especially Jan, David and Alim were so very helpful and professional. Jan helped us confirm our reservations with a tour package and then emailed me confirmation, such a relief to have it handled so capably! The hotel is very close to both train stations which - A modern clean hotel very close to the station with interesting sights and walk nearby especially the canal. Montparnasse is a 20 minutee stroll away. The tour bus stops almost outside and of course the metro is across the road. We had room 604 which us at the rear with a balcony and we would recommend this room notwithstanding the fact that is one of the more expensive rooms

  I liked the location because it's next to 2 metro stations... if you are arrivng by train the easiest way is to take the metro from Gare du nord to gare du l'est and you are right at the hotel's street. the breakfast is pretty much the same every day, but very good for starting the day. Room was clean and comfortable. Located very close to the Metro station and on the quiet side of the rail station. Wifi fast and available in the room with a good signal.
