  The staff were very nice. The hotel is extremely close to the Gare de l'Est, thus very convenient for me. The room was clean, with nice towels, soap and shampoo, the breakfast was good value. I was very satisfied.   After reading some reviews, I was a bit sceptical about this hotel. But after staying there for 3 nights, I should say I did enjoy my stay here. Simple, no frills hotel. I had a double bed and a private bathroom and the whole atmosphere in the room was cozy and warm, excellent last night's stay in Paris. The bathroom was very clean and had towels and all the facilities you could wish for one nights stay in Montmartre.

  I fortunately stayed for 4 nights in large, clean and well equipped double room with also large and clean bathroom with bathtub that was provided by helpfull and friendly hotel receptionists who speak English very well.
