The staff in the hotel is very nice. I had some problems with the France
express, and the guy in the front desk helped me to call the service
center for almost half an hour. The breakfast is delicious and the
manager is very kind in serving and offering help. Quiet place, also
near the metro so very convenient. Nice choice for travel in Paris. -

We liked that it is just by the metro station. There is a great bakery across the metro entrance. You probably need to change the metro line for tourist destinations but it doesn't take long to arrive Paris city center. -

The location was fantastic, 15 minute walk to the L'arc De Triomphe
and a Metro stop almost right outside, plus great patisseries and
restaurants right on the doorstop. The staff were fantastic and the room
was comfortable, clean and very modern in its decoration. The jacuzzi
hot-tub bath was an added bonus - just remember to give it 30 seconds

The hotel was impeccably clean and tidy. The room was great, there was a
well-stocked minibar (I didn't check the prices, though), and the
bed was comfortable and (again) very clean. Absolutely no complaints in
this department.

Cleanliness was excellent, Hakim and the rest of staff were very friendly. Rooms were spacious compared to paris rooms sizes, many shops and restaurants just downstairs and metro is just 10 minutes walk. I just wish if they had a kettle in the rooms

The location was great. Only 5 minute walk from Arc De Triomphe, and the nearest metro is at the end of the street, 4 minute walk. The hotel is small yet comfortable. Cute lounge area where breakfast is served and extra clean bathrooms on each floor. Bathroom is clean modern and nicely designed. Also great patisserie shop right next to the hotel!

The best thing about this hotel is it's location. It's in a walking distance to Ternes metro station. There is a market with food and fruits and two supermarkets just 200 metres away. Also, you can also walk to the famous champs élysée avenue.
