  My sister and I stayed here our last night in Paris. We were initially going to stay at a cheap hotel at the airport but decided to splurge and get a place near the Eiffel Tower. In retrospect, it was the perfect decision. We reserved a 2 single bed deluxe room, Eiffel Tower view, and specially requested an awesome view. If you don't ask - The location was excellent and the staff in reception very helpful and friendly. The room was a great size, especially for Paris, with a large balcony and amazing view of the Eiffel tower. It was a little dated but no where near as bad as the reviews on trip adviser say it is. It was slightly annoying that we were woken at 9am each day, by a drill being used upstairs and had not hot water on one day - but to be fair we knew all of this in advance so did not complain.   The room, though small, was very clean. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. English spoken. Great breakfast. Nice, quiet residential area, but a little far removed from the main tourist areas (nearest, @ 1 mile walk to the Eiffel Tower). Places to eat nearby, small groceries near as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful and they spoke very good english. It was closed to the metro, supermarket, restaurants and central to all the attractions.
