For me this hotel was ideal.
Located near le Silo and theatre. This area has been
renewed and is clean & safe.
Hotel was clean and resto/bar

Location near the station, from which one can take the metro and buses both to city center and the airport, big and comfortable rooms, very welcoming and helpful staff, good wifi -

Great location - 3 minutes from the central train and bus station Saint Charles.
The room was tiny but clean, everything was in a very good condition. The room is equipped with a fan, aTV, a tea/coffee set including a kettle.
The reception works 24h.
Excellent value for money, would recommend Terminus Saint Charles to everyone. -

Extremely clean rooms.
Only about a 10 min walk from the Old Port and other sights.
There is a secure baggage room where you can leave your luggage while you explore the city.

Staff super friendly
The hotel provides everything you need (indoor pool, nice gym, great terasse with an amazing view, etc).
One of the best hotels I have been staying in and seen so far (and I live in Dubai)

the hotel was very good in a very good area a bit far from port and town but we enjoyed the walk about 10 mins or meby a little bit more. But when you see the other end of town walking home at night it was very safe. Marseille whatever people say about it not being its not that true as all citys are like that if you dont know where your going, so a

We stayed at Mama Shelter - Marseille for 2 nights. The rooms itself were full of light and very clean. It is modern and styled for the minimalist, but you pretty much have all you need. The bar and restaurant downstairs is great - good atmosphere and ambience. Food was nice but a little over priced for what you get. Staff were also very attentive

Hi, I loved the deco in the hotel and the way the staff were, the apply and the free selection of movies to watch and that I could listen to my CD as well, free wife and it quite and perfect.
