The staff was so accommodating and friendly. We had an extra person join us in the room, they were able to give us a suite, they got us reservations for a show that was booked when we tried to call etc. The breakfast that is included was great!! The staff was incredible and more along the lines of what I wuld expect from a 5 star hotel. The gentleman who works during the evenings got us an unforgetable dinner after 9 pm on Valentines Day. Then he was more then willing to make some phone calls in order to make sure we could get into an excellent night club.

We adored the ambience and feel of the hotel. The hotel's location is excellent - major attractions within walking
distance. Our rooms ( looking over Place des Pyramides/Rue de Rivoli
) were spacious and spotless offering fine expansive views taking in the
Eiffel Tower and Louvre, two Paris icons - what's not to love?!
Regina's staff were very friendly and accommodating helping to make
the stay there was most enjoyable. Am not able to comment on food at the
hotel as we ate out at all times.

Excellent central location near the Opera area and walking distance to the Metro with short walk to the Louve area. Great Staff all very helpful, Charming rooms, Breakfast more than adequate, We would recomend this hotel for anyone who wants to be in real Paris. - quitness
