  Great Hotel - Excellent Location. The hotel is just outside of the citycentre. It takes less than 10 minutes to get to the Cathedral. The roomwas well decorated and very clean. The bathroom had a double sink andmarble counter top.   The overall experience is a little unconventional as this is a residential unit that is being rented out. When we first arrive, we were sure if we were in the right place. A quick phone call confirmed that in fact we were in the right place. The unit owners showed up a few minutes later and helped us to our room. It comes fully equipp - Studio Austerlitz was a perfect choice for my weekend visit to Strasbourg. The studio itself is lovely and perfect for a solo traveler or couple -- very cozy and well maintained, even with charming art on the walls. The location was also ideal, literally minutes walking time to the Cathedral and other attractions. Finally, the proprietor, Benedicte, was absolutely lovely -- she insisted on picking me up at the train station, kept my bag on the last day after check-out and delivered it to me

  We booked the connecting double/triple rooms. It was absolutely perfect for our family! My husband and I took the double and our 3 boys had the triple. The hotel's location is great! I wish I knew his name because he was so incredibly helpful and friendly. - There was a slight mix up with our reservation, but the staff went over and above to resolve the issue, and even gave us an upgrade "for all the troubles." They were very pleasant and helped us plan our day. The location was perfect, right near the river, walking distance to all kinds of restaurants and tourist attraction. Breakfast was very good.
