The staff was wonderful. We stayed for five days and this small boutique hotel provides an exceptionally well trained, multilingual staff that is available to really "care" for their guests 24 hours. They made wonderful suggestions and never spent as much time with us as we needed. The location is terrific for the museums and the wonderful shoppin

Everything! From the lobby which is so, so, one of a kind, the resto and
its design, my wow! Blue room ( even got butterflies painted on the
walls of my wc) and my friend gave a screamed in excitement when she got
her so wished for fushia pink room! ) to the wonderful staff ( they are
very good in English) it made our first Paris visit a very memorable
one! Love to stay here again when in Paris.

Therooms were cleaned every day. Fully reccomend this hotel and I havestayed in Paris 3 times

The location of the hotel was superb and very easy for those travelling
by train from Charles De Gaulle airport as we got to St. Michel and just
across the road was Rue De La Huchence and our hotel. Contrary to
expectations it was very quiet at night and the restaurant was an added
bonus in the evening. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful.

The area this hotel is in excellent, and close to the metro (1 minute away). The staff are pleasant to deal with and very helpful. The rooms could use some updating, the furnishings were older but the beds were in good condition and clean. The bathrooms had the most upgrading, but our shower in the twin room was missing a hook for the shower head so we had to tie the shower head to the pipe in order to have a hands-free shower. The water pressure was good. The free use of computer in the lobby

Super good location (near Air France office and metro) and comparatively
spacious room for the price. Windows in sleeping area and bathroom
opened into enclosed areas so it was very quiet. The area outside
bathroom was totally private so we had nice breeze through room. We had
room 508 so if you want the bathroom window privacy, request a room
end

The location was fairly convenient and within walking distance to many
shopping streets, and even to the Louvre.
The rooms were also nicely decorated and well maintained. Three of us shared a room and we were given a duplex room which gave us much privacy and space.
The staff members were also friendly and very helpful. We checked in early and they allowed us to deposit our luggage before our room was ready.
The Italian restaurant beside the hotel serves wonderful pastas (big servings!) - great

Wonderful place, I would totally recommend it for a stay in Paris. Hotel is decorated in a very elegant and charming style, rooms are comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful, by the way they also know some very good restaurants in the area. And the location is perfect for exploring Paris - it's near Opera Garnier, and you can walk in 1

Great staff, very efficient and helpful, always offer best advices in
terms of sightseeing tour routes and transportation to airport, etc.
and assistance on stay within the hotel. Location is great, 10-minutes
walk to L'opera and Galarie Lafayette, 15-minute walk to Vendome
Place. We actually walk from hotel to all above places, and Louvre,
Musee d'orsay, Notre Dame, Pompidou, Hotel de Ville... Breakfast
is in basement, interesting, lots of Japanese restaurants in 5-minute
walk distance.
