  The parking outside was just as they had said although turning up as the nursery opposite was emptying out wasn't clever. The people on reception were very friendly and helpful and pointed us up to our room on the first floor. So much better than it might have been! The hotel is really good value and would be excellent for a two or three day stay too. It b - The staff was very professional and friendly. They tried to help in every way possible...They even printed my boarding pass for the airport. The internet worked well except at very peak hours. Kitchen was a great addition. Even thought the reception was closed they had a way fr you to check in after hours.. I loved having a nice hot bath! I had no problem with smoke..and I have zero tolerance,

  We were situated on the third floor, and the accommodation was very spacious and well equipped. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. It suited us to have apartment-style accommodation on this occasion, and there was also plenty of free parking right outside the hotel.   Hotel was very stylish. Room was excellent, very modern and a good size, lovely bathroom. Good location opposite the busy quayside. Easy access to the tram which takes only a few mins to get into town. Lots of car parking nearby if the small hotel car park is full.   I love this hotel stayed twice now, and it is very good, also they have free parking that is good for me, would stay again and again very clean and comfortable, the staff are very freindly and called us a taxi as it was raining and we didnt want to wak into the center that is only a 10 min walk, do not go though to the Indian restuarnat called Taj ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » mahal, that is a horrid place the food was cold - Reasonable price, good location (5 min by foot from the walking district), friendly English speaking staff, clean room and bathroom and efficient cleaning service, free WLAN (great!), comfortable bed and pillow, breakfast good in French standards (although not included in the price). Overall, I liked my stay very much. In quality the place corresponds to ***+/**** hotels.
