The staff was so accommodating and friendly. We had an extra person join us in the room, they were able to give us a suite, they got us reservations for a show that was booked when we tried to call etc. The breakfast that is included was great!! The staff was incredible and more along the lines of what I wuld expect from a 5 star hotel. The gentleman who works during the evenings got us an unforgetable dinner after 9 pm on Valentines Day. Then he was more then willing to make some phone calls in order to make sure we could get into an excellent night club.

Le Burgundy Hotel is a hidden gem in central Paris, worthy of its "5 Star" status. The hotel is superb. It's small and perfectly designed. Luxurious but not gaudy. Also the small feel of the hotel makes it feel so private and is such a refreshing change from the big business hotels that feel cold and generic. Rooms are comfortable and the hotel is so clean and fresh it looks like it was built only weeks ago. Location is in Madeleine just near the metro. Plaza Athenee captured the air of romance Paris is famous! I enjoyed my two day trip completely.....till the last touch of hospitality.

opened. Better service than any other Paris hotel I've been to; on a

All of it. The hotel is enchanting with beautiful architecture and superb décor. The food is amazing. The staff absolutely wonderful and made me feel like royalty. Its location is perfect for sightseeing and the Metro is just a few metres from the hotel, enabling you to access all of central Paris very easily and cheaply. -

small,excellent location,service, - actually this time nothing since room was not booked as requested(higher floor) out of two nights stay one complete day without hot water i am looking for compensation for the inconvinience caused since i have arrived at midnight on the first day of arrival and had to rush on the folloing day for shower before 10
