I love this hotel. Have stayed several times. It is so comfortable and relaxing. Like the honesty bar, the two sitting rooms, the free wifi with no password. Love their house room scent. Great to have somewhere so relaxing in Paris where coming back to the hotel is a real treat.

The staff was uniformly helpful, flexible, friendly and polite. The location is perfect for those who like to wander the Left Bank. The room was a "Paris size", but that is Paris, No? The room was very quiet even though overlooking the street. Very comfortable bed. Lot's of good, non-tourist dining available within a true 5 minute stroll, including a very nice Jaques Cagna restaurant right across the street and 5 minutes from a Grom gelateria. You can spend more but you really won't get more.

The staff were really helpful and were happy to put our stroller in the cloak room each night so we didn't have to struggle with it in the tiny elevator. Also we had left a small item behind and they were happy to post it back to us.

The staff was so accommodating and friendly. We had an extra person join us in the room, they were able to give us a suite, they got us reservations for a show that was booked when we tried to call etc. The breakfast that is included was great!! The staff was incredible and more along the lines of what I wuld expect from a 5 star hotel. The gentleman who works during the evenings got us an unforgetable dinner after 9 pm on Valentines Day. Then he was more then willing to make some phone calls in order to make sure we could get into an excellent night club.

The decors of the Hotel is really very good. I had booked a classic room, but was lucky to get an upgrade to superior. I absolutely loved the carpet furnishing in the room.The bed was comfortable and overall the room was very well furnished with modern wardrobes (lights upon opening etc.). The Location which central to tourist sites + the cleanliness of the room - The location was fantastic, the Scribe is an excellent hotel with very polite staff. The cleaniness of the rooms was very good and the bed was very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.
