Hotel Fabric is a very nice place to stay. Location is good (near is a metro station nr 9), even though if you want go to the city centre on foot it’s possible.
I love they breakfast – everything was delicious (fresh orange and grapefruit juice!) and they serve more than in Mediterranean style (cured, boiled eggs, cheese).
They offer for the visitors coffee and tea without limits whole day!

This hotel is absolutely fantastic - it was renowated a year ago and now looks totally different - the interior is fresh, modern and full od fashionable design motives. The hotel is within 5 minutes walk of two metro stops, the staff is very friendly and helpful and the rooms are very nice. We stayed at only budget hotels throughout our vacation in Europe and this was one of the nicer ones. - Location and friendly staff.

Friendliness - I spent 3 nights in this hotel with my girlfriend and I have to say - everything was perfect, hotel staff was very kind, friendly, there was no problem with speaking English and I could obtain many useful information of them. I had new towels and bed sheets and tidied my room every day. Room was small, but very nice with small French

First time in Paris a hotel room is that big! Really luxurious feeling and comfortable. Also wifi worked properly, fats and reliable. Not used to this.

The room was compact but there was everything you needed including lots of space to hang clothes.

The location was brilliant, within a quick walk of The Marais and all it has to offer. The attitude of staff was most helpful as well. Cleanliness was tops, and a nice change from some hotels I have found in the past. All in all, everyone did all they could to help me during my stay. Also for someone who isn't a good sleeper, the quietness of the hotel was most pleasing.

The staff were really helpful and were happy to put our stroller in the cloak room each night so we didn't have to struggle with it in the tiny elevator. Also we had left a small item behind and they were happy to post it back to us.

Good, safe neighborhood. 1 minute away from small metro stop, 5 minutes away from major metro stop. Very comfy beds. EXCELLENT staff at front who were very helpful and knowledgeable. Always felt safe there. Also, adorable puppy who is at the front desk most of the time... Brightened my day!
