The staff without exception were superb and couldn't do enough to
help. We had a three night stay, changing to a different themed room
each day. All of the rooms were great and although "compact and
bijou" were plenty big enough for our needs. We had a great time in
Paris aided in no small part by the knowledge that at the end of each
day we would be returning to the Secret. We would recommend without
hesitation and will definitely be staying there again.

Le Grey Hotel is in a great area - very close to 2 metro stations and only a short walk to numerous restaurants and Galeries Lafayette.
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly (we asked for a quieter room and they very kindly obliged, giving us a room facing into the garden courtyard) and the free wifi worked perfectly.

Location was fantastic, staff is extremely helpful and polite. Good english as well. The hotel is just fresh refurbished, and very very nice. Will stay there again. - Excellent location, for sights and shopping, small friendly hotel, clean, comfortable and all the facilities at hand.

As soon as we entered the hotel, an inviting scent welcomed us. We knew
at that instant that out stay was going to be pleasant.
We liked the design details of the hotel. Every small detail was well thought-of. It looks as nice as in the pictures!
Service was quite good as well. They provided for everything we needed: adaptors for chargers, room service, maps and directions for where we wanted to go to, and taxi service.

It was a nice compromise between apartment and hotel. Having mini kitchen facilities was great for times when we just didn't want another restaurant meal. Πολύ προσεκτικοί με την καθαριότητα - staff were helpful and freindly , the doorman , concierge , recetion a duty manager went ou tof their way to ensure a pleasant stay. we took a limo from aamerican limos to the hotel and was met by the doorman who was freindly , the concierge took care of our dinner reservations and airport transportation. recep

We stayed in a horrible guesthouse the night before and decided to spend some money to stay at a better place. And it was worth every penny!!!!!!!!! Hearing about our horibble stay at other place, they gave us an upgrade to the superior suite!! It was so comfortable and clean. Staffs were friendly and accomodating at all times. We would love to stay here again if we come back to Paris! Thank you for everything!!
