The staff were all extremely friendly and were willing to go the extra mile to offer help whenever needed. The location was superb. Few yards from the Champs Elysees and the Arc D' Triomphe. Also close the the city tour buses and the metro station. Other positives are: it's is a brand new hotel. Very clean and very quiet. -

I enjoyed the size of the rooms and the quietness of the hotel. We did look at several rooms before we made our choice, and the rooms do vary in size and situation. It is quite a big complex. The staff were outstanding, and the location of the hotel excellent. There is a supermarket right behind the hotel, which was superb for stocking up the ki

The room was very pleasant -- spacious, good kitchen, big shower, balcony. Also, it is very close to a supermarket, which made cooking very easy. It is about 5 minutes to the nearest metro, and maybe 10-15 to the Arc du Triumph, which is a major stop. - Nice, spacious room with large beds, a balcony (probably nice in summer), a well-equiped kitch

It was a nice compromise between apartment and hotel. Having mini kitchen facilities was great for times when we just didn't want another restaurant meal. It was also nice to have the breakfast buffet option. Locations was good. Grocery store around the corner and short walk to Opera and Metro. - The location of the hotel is superb: just behind

Great location and friendly, helpful staff. This apt is just a few blocks from the Louvre, but it is located in a quiet backstreet. Since we were traveling with our two children, this was a better and cheaper option than a hotel. Very good location in center of Paris All sights within walking distance. But difficult to find the hotel without navigator. If you have heavy luggage you can ask hotel staff bring it to your room, because there is a no elevator. Rooms are very nice with all what you need. Near the hotel you can find many restaurants. I very recommend restaurant with kitchen of Lyon's region.
