The 'normal room rate' would greatly change my review, but when there are rooms available for around 40 euros a night, the value, location and quality is second to none. It is located in one of the typical French cartiers, there are not much tourist around, you can feel the air of original French lifestyle.

  The room was clean when we checked in and was cleaned during the days. All of the personel were helpful and was polite accept one. Quite nice location, not in the center but not to far away from the sights. - The helpfullness of one of the reception staff who served us breakfast before 7h00 which is the usual timing.

  The hotel was very clean and staff were very friendly (good speaking English). I cloud manage to cheeked in 10:30 am. The hotel is located just few minutes from Brochant (line 13)metro station and there are lots of restaurants, café, shops on the main street (avenue de Clichy) and it 's very easy to access to main spots by the Metro.
