the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is ideal as it is only 3 minutes from the Champs Elysees and close to Franklin D R metro line (line 1). Basic breakfast but frankly you don't go to this hotel for it but its location and friendliness of staff was an added bonus. I had a quiet room on the top floor. -

The room was spacious compared to the standard you usually get in Paris.
On our last day, the staff prepared an early breakfast especially for us at 615am as we had to check out early.

The hotel was amazing old French style! Very nice! Small, but fit its purpouse! The best part of it thoug is its closeness to the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triumph! It is walking distance from Boissiere Metro Station and the staff were very helpful letting us store our luggage in the hotel after check out and until night when we left to CDG. -

We stayed in the hotel Valadon, it was very narrow but funcionate. The
reception was in an other hotel just across the street but we did not
mind. When we arrived in the evning, the portier a young man was very

Position was great, right next to Rue Cler which had fabulous place for breakfast especially Cafe Central. Ten minute walk to Eiffel Tower and 2 mins to Metro station. Also a laundromat at the top of the street.
We had the 2 bedroom family cottage. Our three kids could sleep upstairs and we had the privacy of downstairs. Everyone had plenty of room.
Toiletries were abundant. And with two showers and two toilets and two vanities we all had space in the morning.

Fabulous location close to the Arc de Triomphe and a short walk to the many restaurants bars and cafes on and around Champs Elysees. We could walk to the Seine in about 20 minutes and a further 10 minutes to the Eiffel Tower. We traveled by train from CDG airport changing at Les Halles and arriving at Charles de Gaulle Etoile which is just a 5 minute walk from the hotel. With hand luggage this was fairly easy. My family with our two young children (6 and 2 y.o.) absolutely enjoyed this hotel, having spent a lovely 4 days in Paris, this hotel partly influenced our impressions on staying in Paris.

The hotel was very quiet and peaceful even though we arrived on Saturday. The Concierge was pleasant and humorous and also helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and in good taste. The breakfast was very nice and good value. The hotel was in walking distance of the Louvre and the Eiffel Tour. There were some good eating places nearby. It was good hotel for a city break and not too expensive. Very pleasant and peaceful with a feeling of a Family run business.

Location was great. You can by foot reach to 3 metro stations as well as trains. most famous places like Concorde, Opera, Lafeyette and Madeline is 5-10 minutes by walk. The guy in the reception Yannick was so helpful and friendly. Because of a problem we had by the reservation, they upgraded our room. Superior rooms are amazing.
