There seem to be new staff since our last visit, and all were friendly and helpful.
This place was good value for money.

I've selected the Hotel Moderne as my go-to hotel while traveling to
Paris on business. The value for quality is excellent in a city where
you often have to pay top price for mediocre accomodations and service.

Hotel du Home Moderne is an excellent value, clean and comfortable with modern amenities. We were particularly impressed with the staff. Guillume and Jennifer, who manned the front desk, were outstanding. They always went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. At the buffet breakfast, Lore managed the breakfast room with efficiency and good humor. We also enjoyed the non-touristy neighborhood, which has lots of little shops and cafes and is conveniently located near transportation.

Awesome Hotel, after staying in so many bad hotels, this was a welcome relief, they even upgraded our room on arrival. The rooms were cleaned ever day, it was very close to the Eiffel tower about 20 minutes walk and there were tons of shops and restraunts around, it is also 5 minutes walk from the Train Station. We will def stay here again. - frien

It was a quick overnight stop. It was good value at €69. . Room smaller than expected from the picture and single beds small. A little tired. But clean and perfectly adequate. Very nice place in quiet neighbourhood. Comfortable bed, all household appliances works well, including washing machine. Near the apartment there are lots of small cheap ethnical restaurants, two pizzerias and supermarket right in house. It's not far from metro station and it takes about 15 minutes to get to the centre of Paris (Champs Elysee). -

I liked most the friendly location and all the needed facilities. Also
Mr. Mahdi (your reception staff) was super excellent and very helpful.
You need to have another person with him as many guests were asking him
too many things at the same time.

The management was highly knowledgeable about services and sites around Paris. They spoke English which was a huge help and they were accommodating to my needs. The water pressure was great, the bed was nicely made and the bathroom is a decent size, considering you're in Paris. There was no air conditioning - but large windows make up for that. - T
