Surrounded by a planted park, this B&B is set in a 19th-century house and is located in Bourges. Guests can relax on the furnished terrace, under the 200-year-old sequoia and read a book from the library. All the rooms at L'Oustal are uniquely decorated and feature a parquet floor and a marble fireplace. They all include a private bathroom with a bath or a shower. Each is equipped with free Wi-Fi. and there is a TV in the shared living room. Breakfast is included and served every morning in the communal lounge, by the fireplace or on the terrace. You can also ask the hosts about the nearest restaurants. Luggage storage and free private parking are also possible on site and Bourges Train Station is just a 5-minute walk away. Bourges historical town centre is at a 15-minute walk and guided visits can be arranged.

L'Oustal is a great place to stay and within a short walk to Bourges centre. We arrived on a very wet evening and was warmly greeted by Sophie, who gave us great information on Bourges and a map, which was great as we were only there for one night. We stayed in the Coco Chanel room which was beautiful,very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was good and plentiful and we hope to return to spend a few days so we can see Bourges hopefully without the rain.
όλα τα σχόλια » Owner Sophie was a charming hostess who made us feel instantly at home. The whole house is beautifully decorated yet comfortable. Breakfast with all the guests around the same table also added to the relaxed, friendly feeling of staying in a French country home. We were offered the use of a couple of bicycles too which enabled us to enjoy the city and surrounds even more. A wonderful stay. This was one of the nicest B&B we ever visited: beautiful house with a good atmosphere, clean very nice room and bathroom. Sophie, the owner, is very helpful and makes you feel at home. The breakfast was excellent. Bourges has a nice old center worthwhile to visit, on walking distance from the B&B. And, the value for many was great. Incredibly very nice, stylish, tastefully decorated, mansion which is quiet. Great nights sleep. This b & b close to centre of Bourges. Breakfast plentiful and very enjoyable. Sophie the owner pointed out things, like the blue nights which I did not know which made my stay in Bourges much more than expected. Makes one want to come back. The Bedroom décor - each one had an individual theme and were bright and comfortable. The breakfast on the sunny terrace was superb with home made jam; yoghurt, cakes etc. The welcome both on arrival and for breakfast the next morning was friendly & informative. We would definitely stay there again if in that area of France. Could not fault L'Oustal. Nothing was too much trouble for the owner Sophie, who was kindness itself. The whole house was charming and showed great attention to detail, from the sympathetic restauration of the house to the homemade jams and yoghourt for breakfast. All in all an excellent place to stay. Highly recommended. Sophie was very friendly & helpful despite being in the process of her daughters wedding in a few days & having family arriving from around the world. The room was wonderful, breakfast excellent, a 15-20 min walk to town. Enclosed parking. A lounge & terrace for the use of guests was an added bonus. Very friendly welcome from landlady,informative, comfortable,relaxed. Excellent breakfast of homemade jams yoghurt plus the usual croissants,cereal, cake, coffee and tea etc. All our expectations were exceeded. Very secure parking within the grounds. Sophie & Gilles are both very friendly and spoke very good English. Explaining & gave maps of the area with advice. The room was excellent as was the home made ingredients for breakfast. Nothing is too much trouble. The warm welcome by the charming hostess,the clean beautiful room and the stylish decor of the whole house great breakfast.Sophie the owner was very helpful .our seond stay here highly recommend . Friendly and welcoming hostess, she was informative and helpful in every way.The home was beautifully decorated with the superb taste of Sophie. We really enjoyed our stay. A short stay in a beautiful house, the host was very friendly and helpful telling us about things going on in the city. Nice breakfast and a comfortable bed. An elegant establishment in a lovely C19 house. Themed rooms on which a lot of effort has been spent. Helpful charming owner, great breakfast. Almost everything! Beautiful historical house, tastefully and faithfully restored with the perfect hostess...what more could you wish for?. Charming hostess. Very comfortable. very fine place. all is good. Nothing. What not to like?. Nothing to dislike. Nothing significant!. absolutely nothing. None. Nothing.
