The hotel is charming and well located to explore the city by foot.
The staff was very helpful and accommodating.
The rooms were comfortable although not very big. We loved the Hermes toiletries and the macaroons at night. There was a lot of attention to details.

Location is unbeatable, next to bordeaux sain jean Train Station which is 5-8 minutes walk, very good location if you are hoping from 1 city to another using train, easy tram access to the city center, staff were excellent in giving us recommendation of places to go, restaurant to visit, the backyard patio was nice during summer and spring time

The parking outside was just as they had said although turning up as the nursery opposite was emptying out wasn't clever. The staff were helpful and polite. The hotel is located near a huge supe3rmarket if you wnat to eat in your apartment, aned near a comprehensive range of cafes and restaurants if you want to eat out. I love this hotel stayed twice now, and it is very good, also they have free parking that is good for me, would stay again and again very clean and comfortable, the staff are very freindly and called us a taxi as it was raining and we didnt want to wak into the center that is only a 10 min walk, do not go though to the Indian restuarnat called Taj
