Very friendly staff. All spoke good English. Overall a very
professionally run hotel.
One essential way to improve the overall package would be to supply customers with detailed directions from the airport, as the one way system was testing to say the least.
That said, we would definitely use the hotel again. really enjoyable stay. -

The beds were very comfortable - firm, but not rock hard like some ofthe other hotels we stayed in. The staff, particularly the young man whoregistered us, were very helpful. It was a family friendly hotel, with facilities for children like playground and playarea. It has spacious rooms for families and they don´t charge extra for children under certain age, neither for their breakfast. Good location for an airport hotel with restaurants and shops around it, perfect for us who just needed to stay for one night, although

The shuttle service to theairport is quick and easy. They have free internet (computer provided)in the lobby. Easy 10 minute train ride to Nice. One block frombeautiful beach and restaurants.

As this trip included both business and leisure considerations, the hotel was ideal for business access & commuting by train into Cannes, as well as for relaxation by the beach, excellent shopping & good restaurants in the evening. The staff were extremely helpful in all aspects. They immediately gave us an upgraded room when we checked in

The staff was so helpful and went out of their way to help us witheverything. The front desk people were great the bellmen were great, thebar people and room service were all great. The friendliness and efficiency of the staff. The service and food at the restaurant was nothing short of exceptional. The staff were very welcoming and helpful on arrival at the hotel and all the way through our stay. We stayed in a Junior Suite which was very spacious and clean. The small kitchen is more than adequate for preparing light snacks. Although we didn't use it there was also a dishwasher and microwave to use if required. Pool area is lovely and locatio

Hotel is clean, comfortable and friendly staff, not luxurious but forthe price it was certainly great value. Location is superb, cafe'sand shops on the doorstep, 5 mins walk from the Promenade de Anglais,old town ten mins away. Didn't have any food - went to theBoulangerie across the road. All in all an excellent little hotel -ticked all the boxes.
