This hotel was chosen because it was close to the airport. We turned our
rental car in the day before and had an early flight to catch then next
morning. We (3) ladies had no problem walking to the airport directly
across the street via a special passageway that went under the Main
Street. The room was clean....no extras! It had wifi...was very sm

Location is just WOW if you are coming by flight. if you are coming to Terminal1 then it is a walk for 2 min simple. If you are coming to Terminal 2 then there are free shuttle buses(runs in the night as well till the last flight) from Terminal 2 to terminal 1. These are big blue buses. Just take this bus and get down at stop Lycee Hotelier. Hotel is just 1 min walk. You will see the sign on Luxury Hotel Novotel from far. Ibis and Novotel are attached.

I chose this hotel mainly because it was close to the airport (about 10 mins taxi ride away- expect to pay 16-18 euros each way). We arrived at about 2pm, and only noticed upon arrival it had a 5pm check-in. I phoned the manager (whose number was on the gate) and he kindly let us in (which we were grateful for as we were pretty tired after an earl

for low budget price, the service was great. Clean hotel, Owner was perfect. You are about 3 KMS from the old city boardwalk. As long as you know this going in, you are fine. Perfect value for what you pay for. Room is small, but again, it is budget. Great courtyard to wait for people while they get ready. Remember, you are in Nice to be in Nice and not in your hotel room.
Room is place just to rest head.

Friendly welcome and Reception, manager and staff went out of their way
to accommodate and please. Very appealing and intimate hotel in
excellent beachfront location, on main road, but efficient double-

Perfect location, clean rooms with magnificent views.
We went to Nice to watch the Tour de France and the hotel owners were more than happy to let us build our store our bikes in the hotel.
Very helpful and polite staff.
Overall an excellent place to stay, even if it is quite a way from the old town - easy to walk or ride in along the Promenade though.
We will stay here again next year.

Easy access from train station although it is some distance the bus is direct and stops right outside. Close proximity to the promenade. Small room but comfortable, clean and good shower. -

The staff were very welcoming and we were able to converse in mixed French and English (they speak French & minimal English but are patient with those who are learning French). A great location near to the Promenade de Anglais for beaches and en route for drop off/pick up by Nice airport buses.
