This hotel was chosen because it was close to the airport. We turned our
rental car in the day before and had an early flight to catch then next
morning. We (3) ladies had no problem walking to the airport directly
across the street via a special passageway that went under the Main
Street. The room was clean....no extras! It had wifi...was very sm

Location is just WOW if you are coming by flight. if you are coming to Terminal1 then it is a walk for 2 min simple. If you are coming to Terminal 2 then there are free shuttle buses(runs in the night as well till the last flight) from Terminal 2 to terminal 1. These are big blue buses. Just take this bus and get down at stop Lycee Hotelier. Hotel is just 1 min walk. You will see the sign on Luxury Hotel Novotel from far. Ibis and Novotel are attached.

Easy access from train station although it is some distance the bus is direct and stops right outside. Close proximity to the promenade. Small room but comfortable, clean and good shower. -

We liked having outdoor space as we had a garden room. We liked the terrace where we had breakfast and could see the sea. -

We loved everything about our stay. We were a large group of fifteen

seaside rooms. They speak English. It should be rated higher than a 2
star. Our room was a balcony on the seaside. It had a new bed and new
balcony doors that kept the room quieter than previous reviews have
mentioned. If you're driving, this is the place to stay. Would I
return to this hotel????

Very nice place to stay with private parking, near Nice and Monaco. Very friendly personell. Beach is within 100m from the hotel with nice restaurants and bars nearby. Our room (small but clean with an okay bathroom) was on the groundfloor with a private terras, very easy to (un)pack the car. Check-in and breakfast is in the Vanilla hotel next to

The staff were very welcoming and we were able to converse in mixed French and English (they speak French & minimal English but are patient with those who are learning French). A great location near to the Promenade de Anglais for beaches and en route for drop off/pick up by Nice airport buses.

Actually i will choose the hotel as a first choice whenever i think about Nice

The hotel looks like a quirky French establishment... which it actually is! The only concession is the bedrooms are totally modern, comfortable and clean.
The owners, Frédérique & Gérard where super friendly and helpful, and were full of useful advice to get around efficiently.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful,we arrived very late at night but he waited for us,carry the luggages for us and removed his car from the parking space to make one for our car!
