It's difficult to say anything negative about this splendid hotel.
Right from the initial check in (where we arrived without luggage,
courtesy of Air France) the staff were friendly & helpful. The mini
suite (Number 105) was stylishly furnished with all the necessary
facilities and a fully equipped kitchen although we only used the
kettle!! Great location, close to all the tourist sites, bars &
excellent restaurants. We will definitely visit this hotel again.

Our room was delightful, having a beautiful decorated ceiling and stained glass windows. The room was large and the bathroom was separate.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and the front of house staff spoke good English.
WiFi was free but was inconsistent during our stay. The staff was very apologetic about this so this was unusual.

Great location, Quiet, Great street with shopping and restaurants, huge 2 room sweet, comfy bed, great breakfast, nice staff, clean. very close to st charles bridge, is up a hill so you will walk a lot. 5 min walk to bridge, 15 min walk to downtown and clock, Great place stay here !!! strongly recommend

It was a great location for us while visiting Prague. About a 10 minute walk from Charles Bridge and only two minutes from the metro. There are lots of places to eat nearby and a grocery store a block away. There is a great little square with a market during the day to buy pastries and stuff from. Beds were not great but ok. The apartment was situated right next to the city centre (also close to Florenc station - many possibilities of public transport). The receptionists were also very nice and helpful ladies. It was clean, nicely furnished apartment which was situated into the courtyard, so it was really silent during the night. I would recommend this accommondation if you want to be free and have a flat rented for a short period in Prague.

We called staff before coming and they arranged for pick-up from the
train station without even asking. We arrived late and somebody met us
at the door to let us in and gave the keys. The next day we went to the
office to extend our stay because we really love the place and service.

The apartment was very central so you can come home throughout the day. The layout was very spacious for a group of 4 friends with 3 queen size beds. The place also had all facilities to cook your own food /make tea/coffee if you wanted to stay in. We felt very comfortable and private.

Everything! Room was amazing, stayed in the Premium cabin and theview/jacuzzi/TV/Bed was excellent. 20 min tram ride to the Old Town sovery easy. Friendly staff. We forgot our toothpaste and they took care of it and bought us a toothpaste. We needed to check-out at 06:30 and we didnt had time to have breakfast so took care of a breakfast-package which we could on our way to the airport.
Excellent location, few minute walk from old town square. A good price for this location.
Room was clean.
We enjoyed our stay and this hotel is excellent for a few days stay!

This is a lovely, modern, clean hotel situated very close to a tram and metro station for easy access to Prague centrum. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. My room was clean and quiet. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the shower was great. The restaurant is convenient and well-staffed, and the menu is good. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, and the manager is very nice to talk with (he even brought me orange juice!). The hotel is located near many of the sites in Prague that travelers

I'm very fussy and we were travelling in a group of 8. All of us could just praise the hotel. We are not the easiest of people to deal with as we can all be demamding, but there was nothing too difficult for the staff there. Theresa especially was fantastic with us.
