Everything. We could not fault one aspect of the hotel. Staff extremely pleasant, helpful and attentive. Hotel immacuately clean. Decor excellent. Food delicious. -

Beautiful, quiet, countryside location with very easy access to Prague (5 - 10 minutes to drive to subway station and then about 20 minutes to center of Prague). We enjoyed our stay at Alt Pension. The owners from this family hotel are very friendly, and they will do anything to make your stay comfortable. The breakfeast is excellent. The rooms are very big, quied and beds are good.
We especially liked the diner, it was really one category higher dan you can expect from other hotels.
The prices are also good.
Don't expect to be very close at prague, but it's perfectly reachable by bus/metro or by P/R with the car and then the metro. (+/- 30minutes)

Service was pretty good. At the time of check-in, we were provided w/ city map, city guide and tour information that was really helpful for us, Prague beginners. And also the location is marvelous. We could see the old town square and the road of King from the room and felt we’re just in the heart of Prague. - Almost everything...

- Early Check in - Late check out (it is not a myth!!!). Got the room very early (7.00 am) and left the room at 8.00 pm.

excellent service, great location - to the centre of prague providing easy access to the center, to central old town square and other destinations, clean rooms, many facilities ( free internet access, fruits) - The staff were of the highest standard and could not do enough for you.

Really close to old town. Hotel & Metro station Namesti Republiky

Hotel is very clean and well decorated. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Almost luxury grade, but without the services, extra staff and attention to details ... if you don't care about such things it makes for good value. Parking is in an underground garage, and you drive into a big elevator to get there. Space is tight, so I would expect people with large cars would have trouble. We managed ok in an Audi A3. Hotel wifi had good coverage, decent speeds, and just used a simple password in

My room was clean and quiet. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the shower was great. The restaurant is convenient and well-staffed, and the menu is good. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, and the manager is very nice to talk with (he even brought me orange juice!). The hotel is located near many of the sites in Prague that travelers

I'm very fussy and we were travelling in a group of 8. All of us could just praise the hotel. We are not the easiest of people to deal with as we can all be demamding, but there was nothing too difficult for the staff there. Theresa especially was fantastic with us.

You can also reach the Old Town with a lovely 15 minute walk across Charles Bridge. The atmosphere of the hotel is very good with all the staff making you feel very special and welcome.

The apartment was very nice and clean, looked exactly like on the pictures. The cleaning lady showed up every day and did a very thorough job. The staff is extremely helpful. The location in Nove Mesto is within 20 minutes walk to major attractions, but there is also a subway station and a tram station nearby. -
