The staff was very helpful. - The staff were efficient, the room was beautiful. The view: spectacular! I highly reccomend! I booked this hotel on account of it's location in the old city centre and was surprized to find the hotel as admirable as the city itself, adding to our overall experience. The charming hotel built in 1730 is extremely well located at the castle end of the famous Charles bridge just around the corner on a quiet side street. The hotel is in a great location in Lesser Town, just over Charles Bridge. You can be at the Castle or the Old Town Square within 10-15 mins (walking). The building has character, original features nicely blended with modern facilities. The rooms are tastefully decorated and very cosy. Beds were comfortable (we slept very well and the bedding was clean and neat! No problem with thin curtains - there are also blinds to pull down as well, and double windows kept the appartment nice and quiet!)

Overall it was great. Perfect location, everything we needed in the apartment. The price was great, exactly what we wanted to spend for one night somewhere, and that is including the parking. I saw others complain about the water heater- worked great for us. Plenty of dishes. Cute little grocery store right underneath. We would stay here again.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Didn't know it was a renovated convent. Very close, but extremely quite location. 3 minutes to the castle and about 5 to the St. Charles Bridge. Perfect, newer, quiet, clean and restful. I highly, highly recommend this hotel. I especially LOVED the breakfast area...3rd floor attic with tons of character. Wow! - Ha

The rooms in 6th floor are marvelous and have unique view to the castle or the bridge. The staff was unexpectantly polite . This is a truly excellent boutique hotel, perfectly positioned close to the Old Town in Prague. We are seasoned travellers as this hotel is one of the best we've stayed in. It rates 4.5 star by international standards. - We were upgraded as it was our 25th wedding aniversary and we were greated by the staff with a bottle of champagne and flowers.

The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful. It is located on a quiet street at the west end of the Charles Bridge with a park on the other end opposite the bridge. Staff welcomed us at 1:20am after late flight and helped us settle in with warm drinks and extra blankets.
We also had a super room for the 4 of us in eaves.
Location was also great, just next to Charles Bridge, but still quiet.

A superb hotel. The decoration, ambience, comfort and friendliness and efficiency of staff all made this a really memorable stay and one we would like to repeat sometime.
