  This is a lovely, modern, clean hotel situated very close to a tram and metro station for easy access to Prague centrum. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The receptionist was extremely helpfull, always friendly and spoke very good english which made our stay much easier.   it was very nice place to stay.for Prague- exelent location 20min from residence-you are in the center, 3 tram stops - by the nice beer bar :) so, we are staying 3 night in the hotel- it was clean. the garbidge been was clearning every day. the breakfast, for our supprised, was fool-musli/sossidges/yogurt and more else - it was enough to say fool ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » long time.,parking wasn't free-but if you do not afraid to wolk a little by the corner u can find place to park ;) And you can go in the hotel any tim - We got to the hotel around 23:30 and it was closed, but we phoned the number that was written on the door and someone came in 5 minutes and helped us around. Besides that, the hotel is very clean and cozy, breakfast was good and it is very close to a tram station that can take you to the city center and all of it's attractions.

  Excellent hotel in all respects! Very friendly and attentive stuff, special thanks to Ksenia at the reception desk (also speaks Russian) who arranged for us city tour excursion, tram tickets, money change. Great delicious breakfast. Apart words worth about sauna and spa, was excellent to rel - We though overall the Castle Residence was a great place to stay. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating to us and our young children. We thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant with the child's playroom and the 2 bedroom room we had was with big with plenty of space. The bathrooms were also nice and spacious. The location isn't in the city, but the free shuttle to the tram stop was only 5 min away and with a quick call the shuttle would pick us back up. All in all we would DEFINITELY recomme

  I was pretty amazed, honestly. The hostel is designed and furnitured very tastefully, the staff is very nice, helpful and friendly. I also liked the breakfast (there are mixed eggs and dough prepared so you can make yourself fresh scrambled eggs or pancakes), music in the bar (the rolling stones while having a breakfast?), book exchange shelf and ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » waste separation. I will definitely recommend this place to all friends travelling to Prague from now on. - Great, helpful, friendly staff. Very cool old building with character and nice, wood antique furnishings. I stayed in a private room and it was spacious but also cosy. The hostel is to far from the city centre for walking but Prague has a great transit system so you just walk a 100m down the road and you have lots of options of trams.

Metro station Dejvicka about 7 minutes by walk, tram ‎station 100 meters walk. Few stops and you’ll be in Old Town Centre. 5-7 minutes ride. Once we’ve tried to walk to the Old Town and it took 25 minutes ( for those who de - Not a luxury hotel, but you are not paying for one. Great value for money. I have read complaints in other reviews, but could not agree with any of them. We had no problems at all, and the breakfast was very good. To the complainers I would say if you want a 5 star place go and pay for it. Not too far from centre, and public transport is great in Prague. Good eating places close at hand. We will definitely return to Prague and Klara
