This is a lovely, modern, clean hotel situated very close to a tram and metro station for easy access to Prague centrum. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. We got to the hotel around 23:30 and it was closed, but we phoned the number that was written on the door and someone came in 5 minutes and helped us around. He was very nice and helpful.
Besides that, the hotel is very clean and cozy, breakfast was good and it is very close to a tram station that can take you to the city center and all of it's attractions.

We though overall the Castle Residence was a great place to stay. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating to us and our young children. We thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant with the child's playroom and the 2 bedroom room we had was with big with plenty of space. The bathrooms were also nice and spacious. The location isn't in the city, but the free shuttle to the tram stop was only 5 min away and with a quick call the shuttle would pick us back up. All in all we would DEFINITELY recomme

Great, helpful, friendly staff. Very cool old building with character and nice, wood antique furnishings. I stayed in a private room and it was spacious but also cosy. The hostel is to far from the city centre for walking but Prague has a great transit system so you just walk a 100m down the road and you have lots of options of trams.

with any of them. We had no problems at all, and the breakfast was very
good. To the complainers I would say if you want a 5 star place go and
pay for it. Not too far from centre, and public transport is great in
