You really cannot beat the location, the view or the setting. Truly

Talking about a room with a view, this is the best you will get for your money, you look down from the mountain side on a major part of the Kvarner Bay. The rooms are spacious enough and offer descent comfort. During the breakfast on the huge terrace, you can again enjoy the view together with the morning sunshine over the bay.

We spent just a few gorgeous days at Velanera hotel. It is a pieceful place with nice, newly equipped bedrooms and very helpfull, friendly staff. We really enjoyed having breakfasts at the beautifull terrace overlooking swimming pool. Their scrammbled eggs with vegetable were definitely the best we ever had. The hotel is very nice, with spacious, clean rooms and very comfortable beds. The breakfast was excellent, we had to wait for it a bit long, but once it was served it was really good. The location is nice, peaceful, but you would need a car if you want to explore other areas which you definitely need to do when in Istria so it is a good starting point and an excellent place to come back to after day excursions.

WOW....we enjoyed a fabulous relaxing three nights at San Rocco to end our 2 week trip to Crotia. This hotel was a remarkable find, total relaxation from entering premises. Croatia is beautiful and the views from the hotel were good. The staff were unfailingly polite and helpful. The half board option was really tasty and good value for money. -

Perfect location to explore Rovinj and Istrian peninsula. The staff was remarkable-special thanks to Martina, Vlatka, Mateo, and Marina.
From suggestions to where to go, to making dinner reservations, to parking and retrieving our car, and even a surprise birthday bottle of wine-they did it all.
Old town Rovinj is truly a gem. Travelers should not miss a day in the medieval hill towns, especially Motovun, Draguc, and Groznjan.

super detailed conscious and does everything perfectly. She has so much

The villa has an absolutely fabulous view. Our room was very nice, it is obvious that they paid a lot of attention to details. The whole setting is quite romantic, one is able to relax completely and enjoy the peace and quiet. Also, our compliments to the chef.
