The location in the centre of Rovinj is excellent - adjacent to the port and exactly what we wanted. Lots of activity there and great views. The staff are extremely helpful and the food in the hotel restaurant was first class. - Perfect location overlooking the harbor. Sea view rooms are superior.

The place is beautiful, easy to reach but off the main road and 50 meters from the seaside.
The staff is kind, helpful and efficient. The rooms are clean and spacious. The bathroom has a bathtub for soaking.
The hotel has free access to a pool and a jacuzzi inside a greenhouse, so it's warm and comfortable even when the weather outside

(including my children, ages 6 and 4) feel welcome. We stayed in a two-
bedroom suite, which was very spacious and comfortable. The included
breakfast was diverse, and the kitchen was more than happy to prepare
scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausage upon request. For those with a car,
the location is perfect - we explored the entire Istrian peninsula as
well as parts of Slovenia.

First the site. A beautiful small fishing harbour surrounded by hills covered with woods and topped by the old town of Labin. The water is crystal clear and it is easy to travel by boat to the Istrian islands like Cres. If you are lucky and we were twice, you can meet packs or families of dolphins in the srait between Cres and the mainland.

We loved everything about this hotel and the region in general. The rooms are large, clean and beautifully appointed; the views are stunning; Breakfasts are delicious and served on a terrace overlooking the Adriatic. We also enjoyed an excellent dinner at the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a pleasant 15 minute walk from the beautiful old town of Rovinj.

The villa has an absolutely fabulous view. Our room was very nice, it is obvious that they paid a lot of attention to details. The whole setting is quite romantic, one is able to relax completely and enjoy the peace and quiet. Also, our compliments to the chef.

To put it in one word: amazing. Very attentive and kind staff - helpful but at the same time discreet. Rooms are large and luxurious with all the possible "smart" functions. Restaurant is excellent both for fish and meat (amazing beef carpaccio with fresh truffles). Small, cosy spa area with everything you might need for a couple - it costs extra but it is well worth of the small extra charge.
Istria at its best. Highly recommended.

Very nice resort. With it's fence around offers privacy and seems like an oasis of piece in the middle of tourist rush. There is a pool inside that is not crowded due to locked fence around the area, BBQ place offers an opportunity to put some meat on a grill and overall feeling is great. We stayed for one night there.
The apartment was well equipped and comfortable.
The residence is very quiet by night and we liked going to the swimming pool after our arrival: it was opened until 8 PM!
It seems to be a good place for family as we saw many there.
The residence has it own entry to the beach where you can see the sunset!

We loved everything about the hotel. All of the staff there were helpful and welcoming. We had booked a classic room and were upgraded to a superior room. The room and en-suite were decorated to very high standard.
