Quiet location, fab views from front bedroms. Lovely owners, nothing too much trouble. Free loan of beach towels and sun hats. Air con in rooms, Good shower, plenty hot water. Tea making facilities in room plus fridge, free botttled water each day. Superb breakfast. Lots of good restaurants in town. - A lovely hotel with hearty atmosphere. Spotless

First of all the owner and his young son were extremely friendly and looked after us very well indeed. They are both real gentlemen. The owners of this B&B are lovely. They welcomed us early, served us
complimentary drinks, and drove us to and from the town of Cavtat. They
prepared a delicious simple dinner and were very kind to our children.
In the morning we had to depart at 5:30 A.M. and the owner packed us
breakfast to go and drove us to airport (there was an extra charge for
that). The room was clean and relatively comfortable. Good a/c, etc.

The better half and I had a great holiday in Cavtat. We usually stay in hotel accommodation so this was something a bit different. The room was basic but very comfortable and clean ( Maid service,clean towels, etc every day) All cooking facilities and fridge are located in the shared kitchen in the lower floor. We loved this place. It was really good value for money, the room (room 3) was adequately spacious. The main selling point however, was the outstanding balcony and view it provided. We spent many a night out there with a glass of wine and some delicious food from Logos restaurant which is just a two minute walk up the hill.
Would highly recommend.

The staff at the hotel become your family for the stay. They show great attention to detail and get to know each of their guests personally. A lovely place to stay, very close to the airport and only a 25 min drive to the old town of Dubrovnik. Villa Nick was a wonderful place to stay. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Our group was large and they provided ample towels for us. mountain. It is the first apartment villa coming into Cavtat, but only a

The hotel owner picked us up, assisted with the language barrier and helped hugely in ensuring the return of our luggage. Nothing was too much trouble, even at midnight !! Have just returned from 2 weeks in Cavtat staying at Villa Ana. From being collected from the airport by Zeljka's uncle with a lovely smile to being dropped off 2 weeks later we had a marvellous stay. The apartments at Villa Ana are beautifully appointed, spacious, modern
and comfortable. The location is great, being close to the centre of
things but just far enough away for it to be quiet and quite private.
This was our second visit to Cavtat in two years and we had no

Zdenka was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean if minimally furnished, but then, you aren't there to spend time in the room. The location was also very good, though you do have to walk up and down the hill to get to and from town, but it's not overly difficult if you do not have any physical restrictions.
