First of all the owner and his young son were extremely friendly and looked after us very well indeed. They are both real gentlemen. The room was simple, spacious and clean, with a separate ante-room where we could sit and relax. The owners of this B&B are lovely. They welcomed us early, served us
complimentary drinks, and drove us to and from the town of Cavtat. They
prepared a delicious simple dinner and were very kind to our children.
In the morning we had to depart at 5:30 A.M. and the owner packed us
breakfast to go and drove us to airport (there was an extra charge for
that). The room was clean and relatively comfortable. Good a/c, etc.

The better half and I had a great holiday in Cavtat. We usually stay in hotel accommodation so this was something a bit different. The room was basic but very comfortable and clean ( Maid service,clean towels, etc every day) All cooking facilities and fridge are located in the shared kitchen in the lower floor. We loved this place. It was really good value for money, the room (room 3) was adequately spacious. The main selling point however, was the outstanding balcony and view it provided. We spent many a night out there with a glass of wine and some delicious food from Logos restaurant which is just a two minute walk up the hill.
Would highly recommend.

Il silenzio e poi la cortesia degli addetti - The staff at the hotel become your family for the stay. They show great attention to detail and get to know each of their guests personally. The Pattiera is also so central and occupies possibly the best location in Cavtat. The hotel's restaurant, the Dalmatia, is probably the best restaurant in Cavtat.

The apartment was absolutely huge, featured two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which was perfect for such travelers as us - two couples, especially since two halves of the apartment had a small dividing wall, which allowed for even more privacy.

It is a modest apartment, not luxurious, but was very much to our
liking. A good value. The small balcony had a view of the sea and
mountain. It is the first apartment villa coming into Cavtat, but only a
10 minute walk to the center of town on the walker's path. Can also
take bus #10, very short ride. It's very close to the airport, but
quiet. I would stay here again.

Have just returned from 2 weeks in Cavtat staying at Villa Ana. From being collected from the airport by Zeljka's uncle with a lovely smile to being dropped off 2 weeks later we had a marvellous stay. The apartments at Villa Ana are beautifully appointed, spacious, modern
and comfortable. The location is great, being close to the centre of
things but just far enough away for it to be quiet and quite private.
This was our second visit to Cavtat in two years and we had no
hesitation about staying at Villa Ana for a second time; we even
upgraded and got a top-floor Superior apartment - the views are stunning
and the balcony is bathed in sunshine all day. Cavtat is a beautiful

Apartments are very close to Cavtat (3min walk to beach) and bus to Dubrivnik leaves from the main road.
