  Location of the One Apartment only minutes walk from all main shopping. Easy walk to Metro station on Nanjing Rd (W). Overall standard very high of the apartment we were assigned, flexibility of the small kitchen gave us everything we were looking for.   I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. It is very secure building and excellent value for money. David was very helpful to welcome us and arrange everything we needed. Metro is around 10-15 minutes walk but convenience stores like 'Family Mart' (which I believe is 24H) is just close by. There is also plenty choice of local restaurants. Definitely recommended for price and location. - The location is OK - Nanjing West Road metro station is around 10 minutes walk. The entrance to the apartments are located on the back of the building. You have to call from reception to the guy responsible for rooms and then he comes. It can take some time. The apartment is OK if you do not need much assistance because there is no reception/nobody to help you. Otherwise the room is modern & nice. The view from the roof is super (the house has 29 floors).

  It had a really nice view over the Bund. Everything was white and clean. Staff was really attentive and they helped us on our problems with a lost passport. It had a washing machine. The kitchen, while not spectacular, is quite adequate for a short stay.   Lovely place, amazing room for 2. They had everything we needed. A really nice bed, with a big tv with dvd player, sofa, big wardrobe, a nice kitchen, everything new. I think we were the first to rent it. Everyday they have a person to clean the room and change towels. They speak english and helped us with everything we needed. They are also in a really good location, with subway line 7, and a lot of food - Great place once we found it, few signs are written in English. Worth getting good directions if you intend arriving by Metro. Located only 350m from Changshou Rd Metro Station. Even though a little further out of the central city very easy and inexpensive getting around to all the sights. Very friendly and helpful staff. Richard was particularly helpful and spoke good English. We were even upgraded from a studio unit to 1 bedroom unit at no extra charge. Rooms very spacious, even with 2 adults
