Lovely place, amazing room for 2. They had everything we needed. A really nice bed, with a big tv with dvd player, sofa, big wardrobe, a nice kitchen, everything new. I think we were the first to rent it. Everyday they have a person to clean the room and change towels. They speak english and helped us with everything we needed. Especially things for kitchen, for a pearson who likes to cook, they provide everything. They are also in a really good location, with subway line 7, and a lot of food .
όλα τα σχόλια » Great place once we found it, few signs are written in English. Worth getting good directions if you intend arriving by Metro. Located only 350m from Changshou Rd Metro Station. Even though a little further out of the central city very easy and inexpensive getting around to all the sights. Very friendly and helpful staff. Richard was particularly helpful and spoke good English. We were even upgraded from a studio unit to 1 bedroom unit at no extra charge. Rooms very spacious, even with 2 adults. Wow, this hotel was in a great great location. It has so many places to eat around that you can always explore new shops. About 15 mintues away from the bund and a great view of the city. The best part is the park that is right near the hotel. The inside was great too. Kitchen and bathroom was great. Everyday they send someone to clean the room also which was a plus. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If you need soap to wash clothes ask them. My and my girlfriend will stay here again if . It looks new. It is clean. There's plenty of storage space. There's a big fridge, microwave, etc. You can do shopping outside and then cook there. Cleaning is done every day. Bathroom has no bathtub but has a very good shower. There's the metro, shops and restaurants nearby, the view is excellent. I can actually see myself staying in there for a long period of time ! I'll definitely come back but maybe in a room with a dining table. The hotel is very clean and traffic is really convenient， 3 minutes to the subway station. Opposite the hotel is a Printemps Department stores，inside the mall a lot of good restaurants and well-known clothing store.Service staff to help me a lot.Facilities at the apartments with the picture exactly the same,kitchen、iron、laundry and IKEA supplies .Very good International Apartment. nice recent facility, seems very peaceful. Location is good unless specific movement are required ( like going frequently to local airport ). Afterall i was positively impress. The accommodation is quite positively assessed by other reviewers. I think that is absolutely right. It is a spacious apartment, fully equipped and with a spectacular view. Stores are around the corner and the view from the 37. floor is just wonderful. For city trip to Shanghai this place is perfect. nice rooms, clean and modern, good view as they are high up, 37th floor. It is good if you are looking for a short term apartment rather than a hotel room. Very close to Underground station which is important in Shanghai. The Yuanda Service Apartment is wonderful in every aspect! The rooms are big and modern. The furniture and decoration are new. The apartment is close to many shops, restaurants, etc. Wonderful place!!. We had a lovely stay in an apartment on the 35th floor with a great view of Shanghai. I can really recommendation this accomodation. Clean, nice staf, close to subway and M50. Very clean and cosy apartment at 37th floor, good view and friendly staff. Nothing, the palce is really good. Room cleanliness a little below standard and had stale smoke odour. Toilet flush was broken. but we found a way around it. Check-in is not done downstairs but you actually have to go to up to room 3601 (and not 3726 anymore). You have to know it beforehand. In our room, there was no proper dining table, so if you cook in the apartment, you'll have to eat on the sofa and coffee table. nothing. on first arrival not clear which lift to take. The appartments are a little difficult to find. It is a big building, but tthe appartments are only on the 37th floor. More cleaning would not harm (even compared to Chinese standards). Kitchen equipment had not been washed, and also the room could be cleaned more thoroughly. Bed linen was definitely ok though. Within the given price range, the place ecxeeded our expectations. There is nothing we could possibly complain about. Should get more English speaking staffs. Beds are a bit hard but no big deal. Room cleaning every second day, again no big deal. Not perfectly clean (dust), but only in the corners. Staff didn't speak English but we understood each other with google translate. Smells smoke but that's more a problem of China generally speaking than the hotel"s fault. Although if hotel' were trying to apply the non smoking rule, it might change after a while. - AirCon shuts down automatically and had to be manually switched back on. the bed is rather hard..... Room service could be better. Sometimes the toiletries were not replenished, such as soap, shampoo and so on. Difficult to get to, offices are on the 36 floor. a bit hard to find. I could say rooms weren't extraordinary large or it was not directly in the city center but that wouldn't be fair. Considering Shanghai it was a pretty fair deal. The staff doesn't speak English so it was difficult to communicate and there was no hot water in the shower. Shower wasn't clean enough too. It was really hard to catch maid because she wanted to clean when we were in the room, even if we came back at 20 00, where was she before that time?. The beds were really very hard, not a real kitchen, just one pit for cooking. The corridor is very busy and noisy all day and night so dont expect much sleep at nigh even with earplugs in. Smoking on the corridor is aloud. Overall its a good budgetoption but dont expect more. Staff are rude. Advertisement is misleading there is no pool table! Please don't list it if it's not true. They charge for kitchen utensils! There is a kitchen without anything you have to rent supplies! Major rip off!!!!!!. There was little equipment for any personal catering despite a microwave being available. One of the two towels had a large hole in it. The toilet had to be flushed manually by removing the cover to the cistern and pressing down the flushing mechanism repeatedly by hand. Wallpaper was peeling off the wall and beds were unforgivably hard.
