They are good organized.
We arrived at the building, and to enter you have a keycode (you get the code after reservation).
Inside the building ther is a withe box with 6 drivers, you type the code they sent you after the reservation, and you get the key out for your apartment.

When we arrived we were greeted by a friendly male that helped us with parking and getting to our apartment. The apartment (we booked the Mistral) had a binder with our name on it (nice touch) that listed all codes, rules, parking instructions, etc. When we arrived in the apartment it was spotless! I am really picky about the cleanliness of hotels and I could not find anything wrong with this one! Décor was current, the living room was cozy, furniture leather so easy to clean, my children bedro

Had I known this little gem is so nice I would've have stayed in Bruges one or two days longer just to enjoy the place. This B&B is run by debutante owner (opened since Apr 2013) Goormachtigh (don't ask me to pronounce it) Michel. What a hidden gem, literally hidden. Next to a tattoo parlour small sign above a doorbell is the only indication. Goormachtigh is a very knowledgeable man who seems can talk on ANY subject, he gave us a tour of the B&B which is a WHOLE apartment, spacious sitting room, spacious bedroom, spacious kitchen (you cannot cook in this but has microwave) and a great bathroom. Very friendly. Breakfasts were excellent, room was confortable, bar open most evenings was friendly and away from the mayhem. - clean rooms! Kind hotel staff. We felt very at ease. Very near the centre and quiet.Very good breakfast for that price.

Danny was extremely helpful with directions, restaurant recommendations and basic tourist tips.
Danny and Rubin arranged for us to have a coffee earlier than the normal breakfast hours on our last morning so we could leave to catch our flight.
Overall excellent value with professional welcoming staff!
