Please note that the flat is spread on 2 floors and thus there are stairs to access upper floor. No elevator is present. Please note that baby cots are provided only on request upon the initial booking. Cleaning costs are included in the price of your stay. However, please note that if the accommodation is left in an excessive state of dirtiness the property will charge an additional cleaning fee of EUR 50-100. Please note that in case of damage, an extra fee of minimum EUR 150 will be charged. Extra fee for smoking: EUR 100. Pets are not allowed. In case this rule is not followed, the property will charge an additional EUR 100 fee. Please inform Smartflats Louise in advance of your expected arrival time.
