I was also impressed by one of your members of staff called Denise (who I believe is Dutch). As well as being very helpful, she also engaged in some small talk and made me feel very welcome. She is a credit to your organisation and an example of great customer service. I work for East Coast trains in the UK. We pride - The location of the hotel was excellent, just a mere 2 minute walk from Bruxelles Midi which gave easy access to the railway trains and metro. By metro, we could reach the city centre easily within 10 minutes. The room was extremely spacious, comfortable and clean. It was a luxurious and highly enjoyable stay. There was also a kettle and LCD TV in the room. We also enjoyed using the toiletries provided by the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to visitors travelling to Brussels.

  I was looking for a place near Midi station and I came across this B&B. What a treat! Instead of the usual soulless hotel I was used to when travelling to Bruxelles for business, this place is home to a real art collection put together by the owners, has huge rooms each with its distinct style (I had probably the most classical one, named afte... τι λέει ο κόσμος » r the singer Farinelli), and a very nice outdoor patio... Of course getting to use it is a matter of luck against Bruxelles weather. Almost obvious fo - Very nice B&B, close to Brussels Midi train station. Owner very pleasant. Room I was in (India Room) was basically an efficiency apartment with fully equipped kitchen and dining table. As it is a B&B, there is not daily room make up. You make your own bed. Free WiFi. Breakfast is continental with pastries, bread, yogurt, cheese, fresh fruit, coffee and juice.

  Honestly I loved absolutely everything about my stay at Pullman Brussels Midi. The room, the breakfast, the ambiance (exquisite interior decoration and design), the hotel in its totality. There were so many things that were complementary( Excellent Wifi, Premium Movies on Demand for free, Free Drinks in the mini bar re stocked daily, Sauna free en... τι λέει ο κόσμος » try) and as if all this wasn't good enough I was allowed to check out of my room hours later than the original check out time. Very friendly, professi - Friendly and helpful staffs, especially the young receptionist lady who checked us in at 8am although the check in time is 3pm. Great location (especially if you have a lot of luggage and is arrive/depart from this midi Zuid station)and the City centre is just one stop away which is about 5 minutes journey. Room is clean and bed is really comfortable. Will stay there again if visit Brussels in the future

  Only a couple of mins from Gare du Midi, this hotel was not only convenient but also clean, very comfortable and centrally located. About 20mins walk from Grande Place. The booking had not been changed as requested from 2 doubles to 1 triple, but the receptionist (manager?) offered us a family room at no extra cost. We did not use any other facilities as it was a late check in and early check out. - The staff person who checked us in and out was friendly, efficient, and helpful. We were greeted warmly upon our arrival and that set the tone for the entire stay. Kudos to that associate; I wish I could recall his name. Also, the hotel was very comfortable and quiet, and the room was well appointed. The sound proof windows worked like a charm even though our room was over a busy street. The location was good for us because we used the Midi station coming and going and for a day trip.
