Our experience in this B&B was very positive. Theo and David are excellent persons and we appreciated the attention given to us during our stay; the other staff members were also great and very kind with us (we also got good advices from them regarding places to go/see/shopping). The breakfast was very good, and the coffee is great! The room we stay was nicely designed, and has a cool bathroom… The location is another “plus” - it is in the city center (close to the Grand Place and Manneken .

Breakfast was fantastic, all fresh and plenty of it. The location is excellent - within walking distance of everything, yet on a quiet street. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it as a place to stay in Brussels for a romantic city break. All staff are very friendly, very helpful. The B&B is in the very good location, many convenience store and restaurant around. Only 10 mins walk to Grand Place. And very close to the metro. Breakfast was perfect, I love a home baked croissant. Room was spacious with a nice IKEA furniture. There are a separate toilet and bathroom. And also a kitchen for guest to use. The hotel owner made us feel very welcome. The hotel is located in a convenien place, not far from the rail station and historical center. It was interesting to stay in the old building and to get an impression how it looks inside. The owner recommended us a very good restaurent for dinner and arranged a wonderful breakfast in the hotel dining room. The staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. Free city map offered upon arrival. Antique style decoration with nice breakfast. Wifi signal is strong and could be connected to multiple devices. Good location that takes only 10 to 15 min walk to major attractions as well as to Brussels Midi Train Station. Very high standard of decoration & modern. Comfortable beds, room was nice and warm all the time in spite of very cold weather & very quiet due to the double, double glazing. The staff were excellent hosts & very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also very good. Great (very central) location, super-friendly hosts, delicious breakfast. Spacious room and stylish interior. Restaurants and bars (Moeder Lambic Fountainas 'round the corner!) nearby. It was perfect for our stay. Excellent location, nice large rooms, friendly staff. My room was particularly good; my mother was staying in a different room that was good. There were good (shared) kitchen facilities. Actually, it's not a hotel, it's a house whose rooms are rented. But I think it's value for money. The breakfast also good when you compare with the alternatives, it's superb actually. In our opinion, the chairs in the room were not very comfortable. The bed was not connected to the bed headboard (it would “dance a bit” if you push it with your leg, for example). It is difficult to pick anything to dislike! Important for people to be aware of the steep stairs when booking, we were so it wasn't an issue for us. However, it might be for more elderly or disabled guests. The step is narrow. You need to arrange an appointment to check in. If you come directly from the train or airport - that's totally fine, you can predict when you'll come. We didn't really know at what time we'll arrive to Brussels and it was a bit uncomfortable. Stairs too steep. Can't fault anything at all. Several small problems with my mother's room; faulty tap in the toilet room, which the hotel should have resolved before we booked in. Rooms were clean on arrival; standard of cleaning after arrival was OK. Nothing. The heater wasn't on when we stayed in the hotel which was late october by the way, so it was a little bit cold inside. There are no disposable bathroom products like soap, shampoo etc. either. Also, when you're carrying a big heavy luggage, watch out because the stairs are too steep and narrow, obviously no elevator because it's an old building.
