Besides we booked executive double room but finally were granted junior suit as it shown on the picture. - The location of this hotel is ideal, two minutes walk to the nearest underground. The staff are friendly and very helpful. You can buy your underground tickets from the reception desk. We had a large bedroom, with sofa and armchair (the sofa became a double bed which my 8 year old son slept on) Children up to the age of 12 stay for free.

Nice brand new design hotel, excellent venue equipped with all needs. Free wine and soft drinks in minibar. Coffeehouse on basement with bakery is open for public. When you like modern spacious comfy hotel room absolutely in core of walking/shopping center, this is it.

Hotel location is excellent. Town center within 10 minutes walk, U-bahn (Kärtnerring/Karlsplatz) within 5 minutes and it is still quiet enough. Staff is nice, friendly and helpfull. Breakfast is really rich in choices. Recommended parking is near the hotel and there's an option for getting close to a hotel by car, for carrying luggage. -

The hotel is lovely and decorated with many interesting pieces of art. The breakfast was excellant with very high quality food. The location is very good and within walking distance to the museums, the Hofburg and old town section. Two U-Bahn stops are also close by. The staff was helpful and very pleasant. I would definately stay there again. -

το δωμάτιο και το πρωινό ήταν καταπληκτικό. η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική για εξερεύνηση της πόλης με τα πόδια. θα είναι επιλογή μας και για την επόμενη επισκεψή μας στη Βιέννη - Η ευγένεια του προσωπικού και η μικρή απόσταση από το κέντρο. Επίσης, η άμεση πρόσβαση με το μετρό.

there was a radio in the room which ı have never seen in any hotel before. the personnel were friendly and always smiling. ıt is in the middle of the center and u-bahn is so close. there are lots of things close to the hotel. the bed and pillow was very comfortable. the room was clean. the chocolate that they everyday leave in the room after cleaning was delicious:) the bathroom was clean and in good contion. everything in the bathroom was useful,clean and new.

Μας αρεσε το κτηριο,η τοποθεσια οπως επισης και η συμπεριφορα του προσωπικου καθως και το οτι μας εδωσαν τα δωματια πολυ πιο νωρις απο οτι προβλεποταν - Τοπεθεσια, πρωινο, σερβις,χωροι ξενοδοχειου.

Stayed at the Sans Souci in mid-February for three nights.
Overall, an almost excellent stay.
Positives:

I spent a week in Vienna in November with my adult daughter and had a
wonderful stay at the Sans Souci. The staff was terrific. They welcomed
us warmly, patiently answered our many questions, and overall made our
stay very pleasant. The intimacy of the hotel appealed to us, and the
location was great. We walked to almost everything, and the u-bahn and
tram were at the doorstep for anyplace else. There are restaurants
nearby; we ate at the hotel-recommended Cafe Biedermeier twice, in fact.
