The apartment is placed in central location and it is spacious and comfortable. It is clean and well maintained. Central heating, well equipped kitchen, flat TV, WiFi, remote controlled blinds, big bathroom all in mirrors, roomy wardrobe and everything else you need to feel cozy. Staff is helpful, friendly and English speaking. I recommend it.

The location is brilliant. Wien State Opera was the reason we came to
Wien and the hotel is just 100 meters from the Opera house. Besides, the
Hotel is 10 minutes walk from the Museam Quarter, fine restaurants and
walking streets. The staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast is
good and the view from the balcony is so beautiful that you even

When we are back to Wien we will be glad to stay at this hotel again. -
A simple no frills hotel, very large comfortable room,with equally large bathroom, all room facilities very adequate including tea and coffee, lots of cupboard space, very clean,and quiet room inside courtyard. Very worthwhile for the price.

This apartment is centrally located for anyone visiting Vienna;
convenient to public transportation. The apartment was clean and well
maintained. The owner was most helpful in answering our inquiries (and
his English is very good). There is a market just down the street on the
corner and a bakery near-by also. There is a parking lot at the

Very nice apartments. We enjoyed the positive atmosphere of the place, it was clean and well-furnished, we found all we need. Staff (Andreas) is very welcome and we quickly checked in. This place is good both for short and long trips. The apartment is very close to Karlkirhe, Opera house, Stephanplatz, Nashmarkt with restaurants, and shopping centers, metro station “Karlsplatz” is 2 minutes walk. Definitely we’ll come again! enjoyed the central location and it was a great base from which to
explore Vienna. The staff were very helpful and stayed behind for an
extra hour after their usual closing time to wait for our late check in

Besides we booked executive double room but finally were granted junior suit as it shown on the picture. - The location of this hotel is ideal, two minutes walk to the nearest underground. The staff are friendly and very helpful. You can buy your underground tickets from the reception desk. We had a large bedroom, with sofa and armchair (the sofa became a double bed which my 8 year old son slept on) Children up to the age of 12 stay for free.

varied day-to-day and the ladies were very efficient and attentive. They

Very helpful staff. the welcoming drink and the daily little lollies on made-up beds are wonderful touches that make the experience that much more personable. Breakfast was excellent with choices and the tea-lady was exceptionally pleasant. The location of this hotel is highly recommendable for those on short stays who are visiting the tourist spots.
