  great hotel, excellent and friendly staff, homey and individual atmosphere although belonging in a chain, wonderful and rich breakfast. Everything was excellent really, even the welcoming smell as soon as you entered the lobby.   Βρισκεται σε κεντρικη τοποθεσια κοντα σε σταθμο μετρο και τραμ,γρηγορο check-in -check out,αριστη συμπεριφορα του προσωπικου του σε ολα τα επιπεδα,αμεση και γρηγορη εξυπηρετηση σε οτι ζητησα,πολυ καθαριοτητα σε ολους τους χωρους,μεγαλο πλεονεκτημα το οτι γινεται room-service και το απογευμα .Το μονο αρνητικο ειναι οτι εχει πολυ μικρο σαλονι στην re... τι λέει ο κόσμος » ception σε περιπτωση που θελει καποιος να καθησει - Absolutely LOVED this hotel!!! It is always a challenge to find comfortable, spacious accommodations (comparable to what we are accustomed to in U.S.) when travelling in Europe with our three children. This hotel really did the trick. Excellent location, as well!! Staff was wonderful - very accommodating. The airline lost our luggage and the staff were just as diligent in helping us find it. - We were provided with an early checkin at 9am, the room upgrade was highly appreciated, well informed and courteous staff, excellent room with Nespresso machines, Molton and Brown toiletories. The location is fabulous - walking distace to everything. I would definately stay at The Ring the next time I visit Vienna and have absolutely no hesitation in recomending it to others.

  helpful staff, convenient location re public transport - The attitude and personalities of the staff, both at the front desk and in the bar was fantastic. They took an interest in who we were and where we were from and nothing was too much trouble for them.

  It is a truly wonderful hotel. From the concierge to the maids, the lobby, restaurants, rooms...I Couldn't find a fault in it. It is in a ok. Location to enjoy the beautiful city. The hotel is perfectly designed, the rooms are spacious and the deco timeless and elegant. Homely interior design, we felt comfortable from the first minute. Extremly clean, specially the bathroom and toilet.
