  Κεντρικο σημειο,ευρυχωρο,ζεστο,καθαρο, - The staff were extremely friendly and helpful (and keen to help me with my German!). I felt incredibly safe in this Pension as a single female. The breakfast was plentiful (standard continental style) and my bed was extremely comfortable. The location is fantastic; everywhere between the hotel and the Muse... τι λέει ο κόσμος » umQuarter is walkable in 30mins max, and the Reisenrad is 20mins in the other direction. Public transport is 2mins away (although I didn't have much use for it). - The location was ideal to catch an early bus to the airport in Swedenplatz. The hotel was basic, but clean and allowed us to drop off our luggage until check-in. The hotel was the least expensive in the area, even off season when we needed to make a last minute booking. We felt it was a great value for the price. The reservation included a breakfast but we had to leave to catch a 5am bus to the airport and were not able to see the quality of the breakfast.

  Friendly staff, intimate lounge area(away from reception desk) good size rooms with plenty of chairs/settee, wardrobe space. Beautifully clean in bathrooms, room and everywhere in Hotel. Free use of internet was appreciated as it was our grandaughters birthday whilst we were away. It's location, helpfulness of staff, cleanliness of rooms, breakfast was suberb. We could not recommend this hotel highly enough and we would definitely return. One point to note. On booking we were unable to get Standard room and booked the Classic which was only very slightly more expensive but was well worth it as the rooms were at lot bigger.

  The staff at the desk were very helpful and took care of concert tickets, etc. The location is absolutely perfect! Easy to walk to everything and the subway station is very close. The breakfasts were varied day-to-day and the ladies were very efficient and attentive. They even gave me a small birthday celebration -- totally unexpected! Breakfast was excellent with choices and the tea-lady was exceptionally pleasant. The location of this hotel is highly recommendable for those on short stays who are visiting the tourist spots.

  One of the main things I value in the hotels I stay in is cleanliness. It IS clean. The location is great-5 min from Wien Mitte, where you can find S-bahn and as alternative CAT, which will take you to the airport, and U-bahn (metro) as well. As for water - do not buy water in shops :) the tap water in Wien is good for drinking and is very tasty. - I like location of KIBI rooms - 10 min walk to center. This hotel is near the "Wien Mitte" station, train from aeroport arrive to it. Room was clean, staff is kindly. Breakfast is from coffee or tea, bread, butter and jam.   Our studio room was very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic. We enjoyed the central location and it was a great base from which to explore Vienna.
