We staid at one of two storey/two bedroom suites. It had everything you would need, even more like washing machine, dishwasher...three (!) balconies-)
The staff is really helpfull and friendly.
The location of the hotel could not be better, very close to St Stephen but quiet. -

The staff were very caring. The location is very good and the hotel had very good standards. The breakfast was very good - The hotel staff was really gentle and professional. The hotel is on the famous city Ring in a very elegant place.

Μου άρεσε πολύ η τοποθεσία , μπορούσαμε να πάμε όπου θέλουμε στο κέντρο πολύ γρήγορα και επίσης είχε και σταθμό μετρό στα 5 λεπτά . -
Convenient location, close to attractions, near a supermarket, clean,
you can adjust the temperature in the room, a bathroom with a view of
the canal, the hotel quiet, very pleasant staff, the kitchen has
everythin

the hotel is near trams and Metro, beautiful view from the window (8th
floor), internet in the room worked. There is a dishwasher, iron,
ironing board, hot dryer in the bathroom удобное расположение, близко к

Centrally located in district 1 with bus station just in front of the
hotel (or you could walk approx. 5 mins to the nearests underground
station). Groceries are nearby if you want to save on dining out. And
the old town is just approx. 5 - 10 minutes walk along the Danube canal
in front of the hotel.
Excellent staff who are super friendly and helpful. Laundry + drying at €7.50. Sauna and gym facilities (we didn't use aanyways, but the facilities look well-maintained)

Excellnet- I was like staying in the best souite of a 5 star hotel!!!The metro station is just opposite. Excellent!!!! - τα διαμερισματα ητανε πολυ ευρυχωρα,πεντακαθαρα και πολυ ευχρηστα.

The owner is very sweet and will go out of his way to help you. Left
us travel books on Vienna with maps. The apartment we stayed in was
very cute with flowers and small backyard. Good cooking facilities,
bath, shower, washing machine. A group of 5 of us stayed here but I
would recommend 4 only. I got locked out one day as I had forgotten my
keys

flights of stairs while I waited for my parents. Very Helpful. We
enjoyed our time here. -
The location of the apartment is excellent.The care taker(Lucas) is one of the best people I met there,he is so helpful,he will go steps out of his way to help the guests.
