there was a radio in the room which ı have never seen in any hotel before. the personnel were friendly and always smiling. ıt is in the middle of the center and u-bahn is so close. there are lots of things close to the hotel. the bed and pillow was very comfortable. the room was clean. the chocolate that they everyday leave in the room after cleaning was delicious:) the bathroom was clean and in good contion. everything in the bathroom was useful,clean and new.

Excellent location, just 3' walk to Stephensplatz.
We stayed in a Junior Suite. It had a quite big living area, with a sofa bed that accommodated very well two big children (ages 11 and 13). Plenty of space in this area even with the sofa bed opened. The separate room was also quite big.

Location + cleanliness. This hotel is really nice. It is near everything in downtown Vienna. You can make practically everything on foot. Otherwise, the U-Bahn station is just 2 minutes away.
Plenty of shops around the hotel, since it is just next to Graben. You have plenty of choice: luxury, fashionable prêt-à-porter, and average global brands.

The location is excellent as well as the staff. It is a bit hidden, but it is definitely worth hunting it out. Since it was snowing very hard when we arrived, we took a taxi from the CAT (City Airport Train) which made it easy for us to find it. Overall, it was was a great experience, and I would definitely return to this hotel.

Besides we booked executive double room but finally were granted junior suit as it shown on the picture. - The location of this hotel is ideal, two minutes walk to the nearest underground. The staff are friendly and very helpful. You can buy your underground tickets from the reception desk.
