Convenient location. Clean, roomy and comfortable accommodation. Good parking (very important), quiet room. Good "pull-in" driveway for being picked up by family or taxi. Helpful and friendly reception. Hoping to stay there again when we come down soon to a show @ QPAC. -

Position and outlook are exceptional. The swimming pool and spa are the best we have enjoyed anywhere. Cleanliness was of a very high standard. All staff encountered were very good and when repair work had to be done it was done promptly with no intrusion. The welcoming gift was a pleasant surprise and most generous. -

We stayed in a 2 bedroom single level apartment in the Mermaid wing and it was so handy, and walked straight out to the pool area. Throughly recommend it. We had friends staying at the same time in a loft apartment and they wish they had of booked one like ours. This is not a criticism because we did pay a little extra for our room. -

Apartment was well stocked with all the things like vacum cleaner to a variety of kitchen untensils.
Our apartment was reasonably spacious and had a balcony & a courtyard and both bedrooms had an ensuite.

Just loved to be together and relax and unwind have a drink and a great meal then see the show then went back to the beautiful room then in morning we had a sensational meal in the flames cafe. The girls were so nice and helpful. It was my fiancees birthday. We are so busy with work and live apart from each other we definately hope to do it again

I liked the fact that you noticed it was my birthday on my comments when
booking my stay. I would like to thank you for the up grade to a one
bedroom apartment it was wonderful. I could watch tv if my husband
wanted to sleep. I liked the fact that the lady who serviced me on check-
in was super friendly and commented on my birthday and how young I
looked. Had a great time, the breakfast included in our room was very
good and also the staff were very helpful, thank you.

The location is great, with a fantastic view. We were given a top-floor apartment which was huge. We didn't have a car but were able to walk to the shops and use local transport quite easily. The pool was a great magnet for the kids and my nephew had hours of fun making new friends there. We definitely intend to return. -

the views of the ocean., from every advantage point in all rooms even the toilet. Spa spacious and hot and plenty to choose from. Steam room facility clean and you had a choice steam or sauna room with a shower provided. Staff very friendly and helpful. We only had a one night stay as it was for medical reasons we were there, but I will return on the next trip up north. Loads of eating places in the area and a short walk over the road and you are on the beach. Great for early morning walks and swims. The Chateau also boasts a good size pool and spa. The room was well equipped, stove, microwave, a small fridge along with cutlery/crockery etc. etc.Undercover parking available at no extra cost. Good on ya Chateau.

We rented a 2-bedroom appartment. It was very large, superb, very well equipped (really above all other appartments we had rented up to this point) and just perfect... The staff was very kind and helpful. Late arrival was no problem. The price is very reasonnable for what you get. -

I enjoyed the stay at your apartments.
I would like to comment on the security personnel named Dion Hughes. He was very helpful and courteous. He helped to give directions on where to move around. -
We did like the pools and sauna and the place is close to the beach. It is in walking distance to the Skypoint observation deck and some restaurants.

As we do stay at nautilus frequently a cheaper rate would entice more
stays more often. We did take you up on an email offer in May 2013 which
did encourage us to stay with you again. However as there are many
resorts to choose from a special offer for valued customers would

Bella Mare apartments were perfect, far more than we were expecting! The location was brillant, excellent for a lovely, relaxing beach holiday. We stayed for seven nights with our family (2 Adults 2 children (Age 7 &5)) and had a 2 bedroom apartment. The space and layout was great and practical. The view was also lovely. The apartment was well appointed, clean and provided all that you could want in a self contained apartment. Great place to relax but with a lot of holiday entertainment close by. Staff were great at contacting us to advise what we needed to do for a late check-in and provided easy to follow instructions. Had a great stay.

We really liked the proximity to everything and especially the beach. The facilities were great and the family enjoyed it.
