Large room with real wood fire. Simple, but tastefully furnished. Welcome bottle of bubbles. High quality bathroom products. Very friendly staff. Lovely dinner and breakfast. MUCH better than anywhere else we have stayed the country. -

Coming from a Hotel Management background, I know what it means to make
people feel at home- I felt that everything was easy and effortless- by
this I mean that everything was seamless, and the staff all gave the
genuine impression that it was truly a pleasure to work there and look
after the guests. Nothing was a problem- everyone was exceptional

Sunday -
Our apartment with full kitchen, laundry and enormous bath was perfect for our family. It immediately felt homely with the bonus of comforts and amenities of a top class resort. The rainforest boardwalk was a joy to explore and the hotel was a convenient 5 minute drive to the town centre, or a 10 minute stroll to Tallow Beach. Complementary morning yoga on the verandah was also a lovely way to start the day. The staff were a stand-out; consistently pleasant and helpful throughout our stay.

Location is magnificent, the hotel is beautiful and very luxurious - I only wish we could have stayed more than one night to enjoy more of the facilities (we were in the area for a wedding)

trying to get us to leave on time. As we were unable to get dr we
decided to head home and see our dr if we could.

The location is extraordinary, sizes of the room and beds are really comfortable, heated toilet-seats are luxurious. Outstanding service of the concierges, the housekeeping and bellmen! -

We stayed for 3 nights mid week and it was the most enjoyable and relaxing place to stay...loved it. Our room had a lovely garden outlook...breakfast (included) was fantastic esp with the view from the restaurant. We found the hotel to be great - its location, staff, and comfort would be hard to beat. We certainly will be returning. The room we had was a corner room that faced out to the park which was lovely and it also had a extremely comfortable bed. The full breakfast available in the dining room had everything anyone could ask for from hot porridge through to bread and butter pudding with whipped cream. All the features of the motel, from furnishings to the site we stayed in and the excellent staff. I will be recommending The Grand Mercure Hills Lodge to everyone I know who are planning to stay in Sydney and I intend to make it one of my first stops next time I visit Sydney. The décor in the hotel grounds were exquisite. The restaurant, the bar, the outdoor seating ,spa treatment even to the pool and sauna were wonderful! The staff were very engaging . Highly recommend staying here! A+++

Got upgraded to a junior suite gorgeous room. All the detail in the room makes a big difference between the five star hotels in the world and this room had a lot of detail, very comfortable bed, TV in the bath, ambient lighting that changed colour around the bed, very comprehensive room service menu, lovely selection of teas, sink next to the tea

loved the location, the self contained rooms were spotless and very spacious. I have stayed there three times this year and plan to stay there again in the New Year and have recommended to my friends travelling with me in March. Highly recommend that its the best place to stay while in Sydney!!
