The Beach House was incredible, the bed was so comfy, room was so spacious, amenitites were beautiful. The location of the property was excellent right across from the beach but also secluded and in a very natural setting. -

Absolutely everything! We were particularly impressed with the staff, who stuck just the right level of assistance -professional, friendly and helpful.The decor is beautiful. We were there as the threat of a major bushfire approach. The staff were really helpful and on hand to help us, even though their houses were at risk.
This is a great location for all of the sights.
We requested something for the room and it was immediate.
There is a good choice of food available

Location is magnificent, the hotel is beautiful and very luxurious - I only wish we could have stayed more than one night to enjoy more of the facilities (we were in the area for a wedding)

Got upgraded to a junior suite gorgeous room. All the detail in the room makes a big difference between the five star hotels in the world and this room had a lot of detail, very comfortable bed, TV in the bath, ambient lighting that changed colour around the bed, very comprehensive room service menu, lovely selection of teas, sink next to the tea

loved the location, the self contained rooms were spotless and very spacious. I have stayed there three times this year and plan to stay there again in the New Year and have recommended to my friends travelling with me in March. Highly recommend that its the best place to stay while in Sydney!!

We really enjoyed having a room that was peaceful and well cared for. We enjoyed the clean environment and the ability to walk to any shops without having to use transport. We loved the warm pool and the various services offered (pool service, breakfast, clean towels). The staff were professional (could be a little more friendly).

We stayed for 3 nights mid week and it was the most enjoyable and relaxing place to stay...loved it. A great place to stay, The Harbour View Room was fantastic we were there for the Aust. Navy Fleet Review and did not need to leave the room to watch the fireworks and events. We had obtained a smartdeal for the Four Season for our last trip to Sydney. Apart from the value for money, the hotel was in a great location for a city visit to Sydney, pleasant staff, very comfy room, excellent house-keeping, L'occtaine toiletries and we took advantage of the gym and outdoor heated pool too. Some reviews had complained the hotel is dated. I wouldn't agree. Very enjoyable stay, we will be back.

My fiancé and I recently celebrated our honeymoon at the Shangri La. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We received an early check in which was greatly appreciated after 24hours travelling from the UK. We also received a complimentary bottle of champagne & chocolates to celebrate our special occasion.

We loved everything about the QT Hotel. We didn't want to leave. We arrived mid morning and were surprised that we were able to go directly to our room. We had expected to store our bags and come back later. We were then told that we could have full internet access at no additional charge.
