  I really love this hotel situated smack downtown in the city center (microcentro) and have stayed there several times and will be back again. Reception staff and attention you get from them is really wonderful, thanks Gaston, Andrés and Leandro.   Even though we had a reservation and a confirmation with Booking,com, the very cordial person (not) at the desk said he had no reservation for us. Evidently, he finally did check with letsbookhotel.com and said he had it - but not until after being nasty upon arrival.
