I LOVE the access to the beach! I've stayed at over 20 properties on the island and I dread the walk to the sand. La Copa makes it so easy with the pier. I LOVE IT!

The staff at the front desk were very polite and did everything they could to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The computers at the front desk were down when we checked in, but the staff still worked quickly to get us taken care of. It's in a good location right on the freeway and was easy to find. The rooms were clean and the bed was super comfy

I love that it is close to the Dallas Cowboys Stadium/AT&T Stadium. I love the price not too expensive. The staff was excellent. The bed was big and comfy. It's not luxury but its was nice place to stay for the Football game I would recommend it if you just there for the football games or Texas Rangers, and if you want to stay in a hotel that has a reason price again its not luxury but I was satisfied. I paid for what I got.

The beds were fantastic. You could sleep all day. The location was excellent - a few minutes walk to the Alamo and other attractions. The hotel is right on the Riverwalk where all the restaurants are. The showers were brilliant too, so much pressure. The staff were very attentive.

This was one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The management and the staff are amazing!
Happy hour in the evening, free breakfast in the morning including cooked to order omelettes etc.

Being close to the DFW airport and having a free 24 hour shuttle was my reason for choosing the hotel, and the staff made it feel like visiting family between flights separated by a day. The shuttle driver was prompt and gave me a bottle of cold water and then the front desk clerk handed me a warm chocolate chip cookie as I registered. After del

The food in the restaurant is terrible as was the service in the bar.
Perhaps this was an off night but when we complained the bartender
just shrugged his shoulders. Management made no effort to remedy the
issue so my overall opinion of this hotel will be greatly diminished.
I think when you bring it to the attention of management they should
at least respond.
